Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026 · SAL Digital (saldigital.co)

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

To deliver your plan, communicate with you, set up and manage your website, Google Business Profile and advertising, handle reviews, and to improve our services. We do not sell your data.

3. Lawful basis

Performance of our contract with you (delivering your plan), our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies where required.

4. Processors & third parties

We use trusted processors to deliver services: Stripe (payments), Formspree (form delivery), Namecheap (hosting), and advertising platforms (Meta/Google) for your campaigns. Each processes data under their own privacy terms and appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies (your consent choice) and privacy-friendly analytics. Non-essential tracking is only enabled with your consent. See our Cookie Policy.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your plan is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes, then securely delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email contact@saldigital.co.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, secure processors and reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take protection seriously.

9. Contact
