Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026 · SAL Digital (saldigital.co)

These terms apply to all monthly plans and bespoke services purchased from SAL Digital ("we", "us"). By purchasing a plan or submitting an onboarding/enquiry form you agree to these terms.

1. Services & plans

We provide done-for-you digital marketing services for trades and service businesses, including website build and maintenance, Google Business Profile management, Meta/Facebook advertising, review management, social media management and local SEO, as set out per plan:

2. Billing & payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. There is no setup fee. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of the funded Meta ad spend (up to £75 per month on all plans).

3. No long-term contract & cancellation

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term tie-in. You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice (email to contact@saldigital.co). Cancellation stops future billing after the notice period; the current paid month remains active until its end.

4. No refunds

Because work begins within 24–48 hours of payment and paid ad spend is deployed to live campaigns, all payments are non-refundable. Any Meta ad spend already deployed to live campaigns is non-refundable. On cancellation, neither the current paid month nor any ad spend already spent will be refunded.

5. Ad spend

Up to £75 per month of Meta/Facebook ad spend is funded and managed by us and included in your plan price. This spend is paid to the advertising platform and is non-refundable once deployed. We do not charge ad spend separately.

6. Deliverable quantities & extra work

Quantities of posts, pages and blogs are as listed per plan. Social posts are 8/mo (Social Boost) and 10/mo (Full Growth); blogs are 4/mo (Full Growth); local area pages fall within the 6-page allowance of Full Growth. Anything beyond these limits, including additional website pages or services, is quoted and charged separately.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, assets, access and approvals in a timely manner via the onboarding form. Delays in providing information may delay delivery. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you supply.

8. Ownership & licensing

You own your business name, logo, photos and the content you provide. We retain ownership of our templates, frameworks and processes, and grant you a licence to use the delivered website and materials while your plan is active. On cancellation we will, on request and where practicable, provide an export of your content.

9. Advertising results

Advertising and SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (market, budget, competition, seasonality). We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, rankings or revenue.

10. Reviews

We facilitate genuine review collection using direct links, QR codes and request guidance. We never create, purchase or incentivise fake reviews, in line with Google's and Meta's policies.

11. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be lawfully limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Contact: contact@saldigital.co.
