Your taster-session bookings
Hi, I've never trained before. Is the taster session really free?
It is, no catch. We'll talk through your goals and try a few beginner-friendly exercises. Weekday evening or Saturday morning?
Saturday morning would be great.
Booked ✓ Saturday 9:00 AM at the front desk. Reminder goes out Friday evening.

What's holding your client list back?

Pick the one that sounds most like you.

“All my clients come from the gym floor”

Walking the floor works until it doesn't. When the gym is quiet, so is your diary.

What we set up

  • A site that sells your coaching to people who aren't in the gym yet
  • A free-taster offer that turns interest into a booked session
  • Google Business Profile so people searching nearby find you

“I can't list the gym's address on Google”

If the gym already has that address on Google, a profile of yours at the same address can be rejected or merged.

What we set up

  • Your profile set up the right way, as a service-area business
  • Area pages for where your clients live and work
  • Reviews on your own profile, not the gym's

“Instagram isn't bringing paying clients”

Followers are nice; booked sessions pay the rent. People searching “personal trainer near me” are ready to start.

What we set up

  • Your Instagram links to one clear booking page
  • Search-friendly pages for the goals you coach
  • Content that answers the questions new clients ask

“Taster sessions that never convert”

People book the free session, then drift away because nothing follows up.

What we set up

  • Automatic reminders before the taster
  • A follow-up the same day with your packages
  • A friendly nudge a few days later if they haven't signed up

What we set up for you

Everything a new client needs to go from “maybe” to booked.

A PT website that sells

Free-taster booking

Beginners book a taster in two taps, and get a reminder before they come in.

Google profile, set up right

A service-area profile that doesn't clash with your gym's listing.

Reviews

A review request after the taster and after milestones, and replies to every review.

Follow-ups

We don't ask for payment until you like the work.

You see it first: the website preview, the Google profile plan, the automation running on a test booking. If you're happy, you pay and we put it live. If you're not, you don't pay for it.

One-off

Just want it built?

A website or a one-off setup, with no ongoing management. One fixed price, quoted before we start.

Monthly

Want us to run it?

Google profile, SEO, automations, reviews and content, managed and improved every month. Usually £299 to £999 a month, depending on what you need. Any minimum term is agreed with you upfront.

Bigger builds, or anything with outside costs such as domains, ad spend or software, may need a deposit. We agree that in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.

How it works

Four steps. The first one is free and the third one only happens if you're happy.

  1. 1

    Free 15-minute call

Tell us what's slowing you down: missed calls, a quiet diary, a Google profile nobody sees, admin eating your evenings. No slides, no sales script.

  2. 2

    We show you the fix

You see it before you pay: a preview of the site, your Google profile plan, or the automation running on a test booking.

  3. 3

    You pay when you're happy

One-off if you just want it built. Monthly if you want us to run it and keep improving it.

  4. 4

We run it and keep you posted

Monthly clients get a plain-English update on calls, bookings, reviews and rankings. You get on with the work.

Questions people ask

Do personal trainers need a website, or is Instagram enough?
Instagram builds trust with people who already follow you. A website catches people searching Google for a trainer right now, and gives your Instagram somewhere to send them. Most PTs do best with both pointing to one booking page.
Can I use my gym's address on my Google Business Profile?
Usually not, if the gym has already claimed that address. The safer route is a service-area profile that shows the areas you cover rather than a street address. We set that up for you.
How do I verify a Google Business Profile if I train in a gym I don't own?
Google often verifies by video, where you show proof that you run the business, such as your branded kit, equipment or paperwork. With a service-area profile you don't need to show the gym itself. We walk you through it.
What pages should a personal trainer website have?
A home page with your offer and free taster, your packages or starting price, the goals you coach, where you train and the areas you cover, reviews and FAQs. One booking button on every page.
Is SEO better than Instagram for PTs?
They do different jobs. Instagram keeps you front of mind; Google catches people actively looking for a trainer. The best results come from both pointing to the same booking page.
How long does SEO take for a personal trainer?
Your Google profile can start showing within weeks. Ranking for “personal trainer” plus your area usually takes a few months.
Should I offer a free taster session?
For most PTs, yes. It lowers the barrier for beginners. The key is following up the same day, which we automate for you.
Can you link my Instagram to the site?
Yes. Your Instagram links to the site and booking page, and the site links back to your profile.
