Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SAL Digital's website and services. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

SAL Digital provides done-for-you digital marketing services including but not limited to: website design and hosting, Google Business Profile management, social media management, paid advertising management, review systems, AI chat assistants, and AI voice agents.

2. Subscription & Billing

All plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
There is no setup fee unless explicitly agreed in a custom quote.
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
You may upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date and are prorated.
Ad spend (where included) is non-refundable once deployed to live campaigns.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Cancellation must be sent to contact@saldigital.co or via WhatsApp.
Cancelling stops future billing after the 30-day notice period.
The current paid month and any ad spend already deployed are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Work begins within 24–48 hours of payment (or 5–10 days for restaurant and voice agent setups), and ad spend is deployed to live campaigns immediately. By subscribing, you acknowledge that payments are non-refundable.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding
Respond to our requests for approval, content, or clarification in a timely manner
Maintain accurate payment details and ensure sufficient funds for monthly billing
Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Ensure you have the right to use any images, logos, or content you provide to us

6. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

Deliver the services described in your chosen plan
Begin work within the stated timeframe (24–48 hours for most plans; 5–10 days for restaurants and voice agents)
Maintain your website hosting and domain registration (where included)
Handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR
Provide reasonable support via WhatsApp and email during business hours

7. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all code, designs, and systems we create until you have paid in full for 12 consecutive months.
After 12 months of continuous payment, ownership of your website design and content transfers to you.
Our proprietary systems (AI assistants, voice agents, automation tools) remain our intellectual property.
You grant us a licence to use your business name, logo, and content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAL Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. number of enquiries, bookings, or sales). Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms
Fail to pay after multiple reminders
Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Engage in abusive behaviour towards our team

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
