What's eating your margin?
Pick the one that hurts most.
“The apps take too big a cut”

What the apps cost you
See the commission leaving your till.
Move the sliders to see the commission leaving your business each month.
About £6,750 a month goes to the apps.
Illustration only, based on a typical 30% delivery-app commission on orders you would have received anyway. Your real figures depend on your contract and on how many customers move to ordering direct. Card processing fees from the payment provider still apply.
See your own ordering website first.
We'll build a free demo with your name and menu, so you can see exactly how it would look before you decide.
You see it first: the website preview, the Google profile plan, the automation running on a test booking. If you're happy, you pay and we put it live. If you're not, you don't pay for it.
Just want it built?
A website or a one-off setup, with no ongoing management. One fixed price, quoted before we start.
Bigger builds, or anything with outside costs such as domains, ad spend or software, may need a deposit. We agree that in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.
How it works
Four steps. The first one is free.
The third one only happens if you're happy.
Free 15-minute call
Tell us what's slowing you down: missed calls, a quiet diary, a Google profile nobody sees, admin eating your evenings. No slides, no sales script.
We show you the fix
You see it before you pay: a preview of the site, your Google profile plan, or the automation running on a test booking.
You pay when you're happy
One-off if you just want it built. Monthly if you want us to run it and keep improving it.
We run it and keep you posted
Monthly clients get a plain-English update on calls, bookings, reviews and rankings. You get on with the work.
Only need your Google reviews handled?
Our sister service, We Manage Reviews, replies to every Google review for you: written by a person, in your tone.
Anything else? Message us on WhatsApp and a real person will reply.
How much commission do Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats charge?
It varies by contract, but commonly around 25 to 35% plus VAT when the app provides delivery, and less if you use your own drivers. Check your own statements: the real figure is often higher once extra fees are added.
Should my takeaway stop using Just Eat?
Usually not straight away. The apps are good at finding new customers. The sensible move is to keep them while you move regulars to your own ordering site, then decide once direct orders are steady.
How do I get customers to order directly?
Make it just as easy, give them a reason, and tell them: a simple ordering site, a small reward for ordering direct, and a QR code in every bag.
Do I need a new website to take direct orders?
You need an ordering page that's fast and easy on a phone. If your current site can't do that, we build one; if it can, we add ordering to it.
Can I add an “Order online” button to my Google profile?
Yes. Google Business Profile lets you add an ordering link, so people can order from you straight from search and Maps. We set it up.
Do I really pay no commission on direct orders?
We don't take a cut of your orders. You'll still pay the standard card processing fee to the payment provider, which is a small fraction of typical app commission.
Will I lose customers if I leave the apps?
You might lose some you'd never have met otherwise, which is why we suggest moving gradually rather than cutting the apps off overnight.
Do you work with every restaurant and takeaway?
We only work with alcohol-free restaurants and takeaways. If that's you, we'd love to help.
Other industries
We also work with.
